Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." به کمردرد حاد

پس از این که مصرف گاباپنتین

را شروع کردید، نباید آن را به

صورت ناگهانی قطع کنید در

غیر این صورت ممکن است علائم ناشی از قطع مصرف دارو مانند اضطراب،

اختلال خواب، حالت تهوع، درد و

تعریق را تجربه نمایید. برای قطع مصرف

باید به ‌تدریج ظرف حداقل یک

هفته، دوز گاباپنتین کاهش پیدا کند.

قرص گاباپنتین برای چی خوبه گاباپنتین می تواند با چندین داروی

دیگر ارتباط برقرار کند.

در هنگام قطع گاباپنتین نیز بهتر است

دارو را ناگهانی قطع نکنیم. در درمان با گاباپنتین

معمولا ابتدا با دوز 100 میلی گرم شروع می کنیم و سپس

روزانه 100 میلی گرم دارو به بیمار اضافه می شود

و پس از سه روز برحسب تحمل بیمار دوز دارو را به 300

میلی گرم در روز می رسانند. هرگز نباید مصرف

این دارو را ناگهان متوقف کنید چرا

که باعث علائم قطع مصرف دارو می‌شود.



درمان ضد ویروسی بیش از ۷۲ ساعت

پس از ظهور بثورات، به تاخیر بیفتد.

ارزیابی فواید مصرف فرآورده

در برابر مضرات آن، تجویز دارو

انجام گردد. مطالعات بر روی

حیوانات حاکی از آن است که این دارو بر

روی باروری افراد بی اثر میباشد.

لذا از مصرف آن در موارد مشابه

و يا توصيه آن به ديگران خودداري فرمائيد.

افراد دارای سابقه ی بیماری سایکوتیک،

کلیوی و افرادی که تحت دیالیز کلیه هستند.

اگر مصرف دوز روزانه خود را

فراموش کردید، هرچه زودتر آن را مصرف کنید.



از آنجا که گاباپنتین می تواند باعث خواب آلودگی شود، مصرف کنندگان

آن باید هنگام رانندگی یا استفاده از ماشین آلات احتیاط کند.

در طی 2 ساعت از مصرف گاباپنتین، از داروهای ضد اسید

استفاده نکنید، زیرا آنتی اسیدها توانایی جذب دارو

در بدن را کاهش می دهند. مردم همچنین باید از مصرف الکل خودداری

کرده و یا مصرف خود را در حین گاباپنتین محدود کنند زیرا خطر واکنش های جانبی وجود دارد.

هرگز نباید دارو را پس از یک

دوره استفاده طولانی مدت به‌طور ناگهانی

قطع کرد. قطع ناگهانی یا سریع دارو می‌تواند سبب بروز

عوارض در بیمار شود. قطع تدریجی گاباپنتین در طی چند هفته یا چند ماه

احتمال بروز عارضه را در بیمار کاهش می‌دهد.

اضطرابی و مشکلات خلقی هیجانی می توانم به شما کمک کنم.

تاری دید، دوبینی و در صورت قطع مصرف، خستگی، تهوع، استفراغ و خواب آلودگی دیده می‌شود.

قرص گاباپنتینیک نورو ترانسمیتر مهاری را

به نامGABAتحریک می‌کند . نورو ترانسمیتر ها یا واسطه های عصبی

یا میانجی ها از انتهای آکسون ها ( رشته انتهایی سلول های عصبی ) ترشح می‌شود و باعث تحریک رشته عصبی بعدی می‌شود یا مهار تحریک رشته عصبی

بعدی می‌شود . در این بیماری حملات

تشنج کوتاه مدت در اثر اختلال

جریان الکتریکی سلول های یک سمت مغز رخ

می دهد. 2دستیار تخصصی بیهوشی، کمیته تحقیقات دانشجویی، دانشکده پزشکی، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی

مشهد، مشهد، ایران.

از رانندگی و کارهایی که نیاز به هوشیاری کامل دارند تا زمانی که از اثر کامل این دارو بر روی خود مطمئن نشده

اید پرهیز کنید. از آنجایی که ممکن است گیجی و

خواب آلودگی پدید آید از رانندگی و دیگر اقدامات نیازمند به هوشیاری اجتناب ورزید.

طی دورۀ ابتدایی درمان به بیمار حین حرکت کمک نمایید

زیرا ممکن است گیجی رخ دهد.
